01. Prepare a bowl with around 33 ounces of cold or room temperature water.

02. Add 3 tablespoons (15g) to your Taki Mai strainer bag and dip the strainer bag in and out of the water.

03. Repeat for 5-10 minutes, kneading and straining the bag as you go.

04. Strain as much liquid out of the bag as possible and dispose of the used kava powder inside.

05. Your kava bowl is now ready to enjoy! Bula!
